WELCOME!
A lactation consultant plays a vital role in supporting families through the breastfeeding journey. As a trained professional, I offer evidence-based guidance tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful breastfeeding.
I provide comprehensive assessments, identifying any challenges you may face. This includes evaluating your baby’s latch, feeding efficiency, and your comfort during breastfeeding. With this information, I create a personalized plan to address issues and enhance your breastfeeding technique.
Education is a core component of my role. I teach you about the physiology of lactation, ensuring you understand how your body produces and maintains milk supply.
I also offer guidance on recognizing your baby’s cues and responding appropriately, fostering a strong mother-baby bond.
Beyond technical support, I offer emotional encouragement and reassurance. Breastfeeding can be a challenging journey, and having a compassionate guide can make a significant difference. My aim is to build your confidence, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
If you have questions, concerns, or simply want to enhance your breastfeeding experience, reaching out to a lactation consultant can provide the support and confidence you need.
Together, we can address any challenges, celebrate your successes, and ensure that both you and your baby thrive.
Don’t hesitate to contact me—your journey to a fulfilling breastfeeding experience is just a call or message away!

ABOUT ME
My name is Cecilia Wolfe and I am a Registered Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) serving La Crete and surrounding area.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2014 and started my career working mostly in Labour and Delivery and Postpartum. Moms and babies quickly became a strong passion of mine and I was always looking for ways to improve and make the transition to motherhood easier. Teaching and helping families reach their breastfeeding goals became a passion and I felt I needed more knowledge so I became a certified IBCLC (International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants) in 2017. My desire to help families increased with the birth of my son, Madden in 2020, when I embarked on my own personal breastfeeding journey.
I have been helping my clients with their family wellness needs by providing the guidance and resources needed to understand the root cause of their issues and develop a plan that works for them. As a certified Lactation Consultant, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes everyone’s wellbeing and strengthens the bonds within your family.
